Max E. Heinl died at his home in Roscoe, Saturday, Dec 6th of tuberculosis. Funeral services were held at his late home the following Monday at 2 P.M. the Rev L William Hones officiating, interment in Riverview Cemetery.
Mr. Heinl was born in Bavaria, Germany Oct 1, 1880 and came to this country with his parents when five years old. He is survived by his widow, Anna Farber and daughter Louise. He was a member of the I.O.O.F., members of which conducted services at the grave and of the Long Island City Athletic Club and Flushing Bay Motor Boat Club.
Although a sick man for three and a half years, he worked daily at the Trask Garage and did not give up until a week ago Thursday when he suffered from a hemorrhage. He was confined to his bed only a week.
